Returns & Refunds

Damaged or Defective Items

We will be happy to replace or refund items that are defective, or that were damaged during shipping. We will however, need pictures of the damaged items in order to process your refund or replacement. Send your pictures to Be sure to include your full name, and order number.

Certain products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. If it is after that time, we may not be able to process the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Some health and personal care items

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Some refunds, if not due to damaged items, may incur a restocking fee.
